HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice that uses guided relaxation to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance. In this state, individuals are more receptive to new ideas, which can help them change certain behaviors, perceptions, or feelings. It is commonly used to treat conditions like anxiety, phobias, and stress, and to help manage pain or break unhealthy habits. Hypnotherapy combines elements of traditional therapy with hypnosis to facilitate personal growth and healing.

HOW IT WORKS

Induction into Trance

The process begins with the therapist guiding the individual into a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration, known as a trance. This state makes the mind more receptive to new ideas.

Suggestion and Therapy

While in this receptive state, the therapist introduces positive suggestions and therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing specific issues, such as reducing anxiety or altering negative behaviors. The suggestions work on the subconscious level, promoting lasting change and healing.
