Online Therapy Services

Finding the right support starts with understanding what you are experiencing and finding a therapist who can meet you there.

I offer online therapy for a wide range of concerns related to pregnancy, fertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health, parenthood and major life transitions.

This includes support for pregnancy anxiety, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, IVF and infertility, relationship changes, identity, intrusive thoughts and the emotional challenges that can accompany becoming a parent.

Explore the services below to find the support that feels most relevant to you. Each area of therapy is approached with warmth, compassion and care, with sessions tailored to your individual experiences rather than a one-size-fits-all process.

Therapy for Pregnancy Loss

Support after miscarriage, stillbirth, recurrent loss, or another experience of pregnancy loss. Therapy offers a private place to make sense of grief, anxiety, anger, numbness, and the many emotions that can follow, without asking you to grieve in a particular way or on a particular timeline.

Therapy for Infertility

Therapy for the emotional strain of infertility, fertility treatment, and involuntary childlessness. This is a private space to talk about grief, uncertainty, relationships, identity, and decisions without needing to stay positive or explain why the experience matters so much.

Therapy for IVF

Therapy for the emotional impact of IVF, from preparing for treatment through waiting, uncertainty, unsuccessful cycles, and difficult decisions about what comes next. You do not have to approach each stage with constant optimism or manage the emotional strain on your own.

Therapy for Birth Trauma

Therapy for the emotional impact of a frightening, overwhelming, or traumatic birth experience. You can talk about what happened at your own pace, whether the experience is recent or something you have been carrying for longer.

Therapy for Postpartum

Therapy for the emotional changes that can follow birth, including anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, relationship changes, and the practical adjustment to life with a baby. Support is shaped around what this period actually feels like for you.

Therapy for Motherhood & Identity

Therapy for the identity changes that can come with motherhood. A private space to explore who you are alongside being a mother, including changes in independence, work, relationships, confidence, priorities, and the expectations placed on you.

Therapy for Pregnancy

Therapy for the emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy, including anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, fear, uncertainty, and the pressure to feel a particular way about being pregnant. You can talk openly without needing to minimize what you are experiencing.
